Pebble & Twig are proud of the quality materials used and are meticulous in ensuring you will receive a quality piece of art. All pieces are handmade and for that reasons refunds and returns are not accepted.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us so if there is a problem, please don’t hesitate to ask us any questions. Please note that all our pieces may vary since they are all handmade.

Items in stock will be shipped within 5-7 business days of payment being made. 

Custom orders take between 4 - 12 weeks from time of payment to be made. You will be contacted as soon as you place a custom order to confirm design, size, colour and wood/dowel choice. A better estimate of delivery time will be given at this stage of the order process.
